Get to know the person behind DCA
Sheila Phillips is the owner of Devine Custom Apparel. We were established in 2021 but have been designing t-shirts since 2015 through vinyl printing. Besides t-qshirts, we offer glitter glasses, customize tumblers, mugs, and masks. We carefully select each item displayed in our Custom T-shirt Shop, and are always on the lookout for exciting new designs to feature.

At Devine Custom Apparel, LLC, we want to give our customers the most enjoyable shopping experience possible. That’s why we believe that our store policies should be fair, clear and transparent. Below you’ll find a list of all our policies, which detail the way we operate our business. If you can’t find the information you’re looking for, get in touch. We look forward to seeing you.
REFUND/CANCELLATION POLICY
Due to the nature of our business, in that each item/garment is fully customized to the specifications of the customer,
No refunds or exchanges on all orders. No returns accepted.
We require payment upfront and in-full to start production.
Quotes provided are based on the assumption that we are doing all of the printing at the same time. If you need to split the printing timeline, you will be charged separately for two print runs due to reduced efficiency.
Garment pricing is for S-XL sizes only unless otherwise specified. Sizes XXL and larger require an additional upcharge.
Devine Custom Apparel is NOT responsible for errors or omissions after the proof has been approved and the job printed.
Artwork files and proofs can be changed anytime before you approve your print job. After you approve your proof, Devine Custom Apparel cannot guarantee that we will be able to update your artwork files or proof since your job will be sent to our production department to be printed on one of our presses.
All price quotes are valid for 30 days.
All quotes subject to revision based on customer changes or upon review of final artwork.
PRIVACY POLICY
Devine Custom Apparel understands that privacy online is important to its Client an will only use your personal information to provide the products and services you have requested from us. We will not sell your data or use it for any other purposes than this.
From time to time we would like to contact you with details of other services, content, and resources we provide. By providing us with your email address, you are opting into our terms and services agreement, and providing consent for us to contact you regarding these items. If at any time you no longer wish to receive email communication from us, please let us know immediately by replying to the email you were sent or by clicking the unsubscribe button on any of our emails.
SUPPLIED GARMENT POLICY
The customer's garments (or other articles) are accepted on the strict understanding that Devine Custom Apparel will not accept any liability whatsoever for any misprints, stains, and damage to the customer supplied garments. Devine Custom Apparel printing process and other decorating techniques, such as vinyl or DTG printing, involves high heat and other treatments that may impact the quality of the decoration and the item to be decorated. In addition, there is some risk that printer and human error will occur.
If you supply the garment (or other articles) and there is a problem, we do not replace your item nor reimburse you for the item's value. Your damaged piece will be returned to you with an apology. Therefore, we prefer to work on garments from our suppliers that Devine Custom Apparel knows will work for your needs and may be easily replaced should a production error occur. We do not replace or reimburse customer-owned garments that fade after being washed. When presenting your own garments for decoration, you will be required to sign a waiver indicating your acceptance of these terms before we will decorate them.
LIMITED LIABILITY POLICY
It is agreed by purchasing services from Devine Custom Apparel, that the Buyer and the Company acknowledge and agree that the Company will not be liable for any losses or damages, whether indirect, incidental, special or consequential, in profits, goods or services, irrespective of whether or not the Buyer has been advised or otherwise might have anticipated the possibility of such loss of damage.
SHIPPING AND DELIVERY
Devine Custom Apparel cannot be responsible for any shipping delays caused by the shipping company.
